A-Z of Portfolio Assesment

As we prepare for our portfolio assessment and our journey back to Campus ( Agbani,Bwari, Kano,Lagos, Bayelsa,Yola)  we must all make sure we leave no document behind. For some of us home is very far away from school 

Find below the list of documents that you should bring for your portfolio assessment. 

1. Posting Letter from Law School for Court attachment. 

2. Posting Letter from Law School for Chamber attachment. 

3. Duly Filled Log book for court attachment. 

4. Duly Filled Log book for chamber attachment. 

5. Confidential Report from Court ( Judge/Magistrate)

6. Confidential Report from Chamber ( Principal/Supervisor) 

7. Evaluation Form duly Filled by student for Court attachment ( can be found in the handbook)

8. Evaluation form duly Filled by student for Chamber attachment ( Can be found in the handbook)

9.Documents drafted by students during Chamber attachment ( pleadings, affidavits,CAC FORMS) 

10. Power Point Presentation( make sure you have a copy in a CD or a Flash in case your system is not compatible with the Projector) 

11. Essay on an "Ethical Dilemma"

12. Essay on "Management & Organization of the law firm to which I was placed"

13. Attendance ( this is optional)

DO NOT PLAGIARIZE!! Use precedents to make sure you are on the right track but do not copy verbatim! You have come too far to mess up now    

P.S DO NOT FORGET YOUR BENCHERS FORM, ID CARD & DINNER TIE/ SCARF ( you cannot dash back home to get them)
